Welcome to Evaara Flames ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our handcrafted candles, or ordering raw materials through our website, Direct Messages (Instagram/WhatsApp), or phone, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Order Acceptance

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent transactions).
• Orders placed via direct messages or phone calls are subject to the same terms, pricing, and policies as orders placed directly through our website.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on our website or quoted via DMs/phone are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Online Payments: Payments made through our website are securely processed using Razorpay. We do not store or capture your credit card details, debit card details, or UPI credentials.
• Offline / DM / Phone Orders: Orders placed via phone or direct message must be prepaid via Razorpay payment links, UPI, or direct bank transfer unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is explicitly agreed upon prior to dispatch.

3. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

• Orders are dispatched and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Returns, replacements, and refunds are strictly governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

4. Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship

• Our candles are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in shade, frosting, or surface finish are natural characteristics of natural waxes (such as soy wax) and are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Proper Use & Safety

• Customers are responsible for using candles in accordance with safety guidelines (trimming wicks to 1/4 inch, keeping away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects, and never leaving burning candles unattended).
• Evaara Flames is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper candle use, failure to follow burning safety guidelines, or misuse of raw materials.

6. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
